DO YOU MOVE FURNITURE WHEN YOU CLEAN CARPET?

We do not move furniture or personal belongings for safety reasons and to prevent accidental damage. We clean all accessible carpeted areas     around and underneath furniture whenever possible.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO CLEAN MY CARPETS?

On average, carpet cleaning takes approximately 45 minutes per room. We take the time needed to provide a thorough and detailed cleaning.
The total time may vary depending on the condition of the carpet, level of soiling, and any additional stain or odor treatments required.

WHAT METHOD DO YOU USE FOR CARPET CLEANING?

We use a professional hot water extraction system. After applying the appropriate cleaning solution, hot water and powerful suction are used to remove deep-down dirt, residues, and excess moisture from the carpet. Our detailed process provides a thorough and effective cleaning.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY CARPET TO DRY COMPLETELY AFTER CLEANING?

Carpet can take up to 12 hours to dry completely after regular cleaning and up to 24 hours after deep cleaning. Good air circulation helps speed up the drying process. We recommend keeping the air conditioning around 70°F and using fans to maintain airflow as needed. Avoid using heat to dry the carpet. You may walk on the carpet while it is still damp, but avoid shoes and rubber-soled slippers until it is completely dry.
