DO YOU MOVE FURNITURE WHEN YOU CLEAN CARPET?

We chose not to remove personal objects or furniture from the areas to be cleaned for safety reasons, as many pieces of furniture are heavy, some are old and even refurbished or with personal particularities, so to avoid damage and delays, we only clean the areas that are available for the service.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO CLEAN MY CARPETS?

On average, it will take approximately 30 minutes per room. This time can vary greatly depending on the amount of furniture to be moved, how soiled the carpet is, and any necessary spot removal treatments.

WHAT METHOD DO YOU USE FOR CARPET CLEANING?

The method we use for cleaning carpets is hot water extraction, known as steam cleaning, which removes the toughest and deepest dirt safely and efficiently. The suction then extracts the deep dirt, allergens, cleaning solution residue and 90% of the moisture. This is the cleaning method most recommended by carpet manufacturers.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY CARPET TO DRY AFTER A CARPET CLEANING?

Carpet drying can take up to 12 hours for regular cleaning and up to 24 hours for deep cleaning. We recommend using fans and turning on the AC at the temperature at which air circulates in the areas. You can walk on the mat immediately after cleaning, but avoid wearing shoes or slippers with rubber soles until it is completely dry.
